Lisa Bryden
Registered Massage Therapist
Originally From: Glace Bay, Nova Scotia
Lisa is originally from Nova Scotia where she graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Island Career Academy. Lisa then moved to Fort McMurray in 2018. When Covid came upon her, she moved to Grande Prairie to be closer to her family where she continued to work as massage therapist for the duration of her time there. Lisa recently returned and looks forward to the pleasures of working with new clientele and perhaps seeing some familiar faces along the way while continuing to grow within the community.
Lisa believes that therapeutic massage can help you maintain your overall health by, reducing pain, improving joint mobility, improving circulation, decreasing muscle tension and leaving you with an overall feeling of wellbeing. Lisa will do her best to leave her clients feeling refreshed and ready to tackle another long work week here in our busy town, and she hopes to see them return so she can really improve on their chronic issues or problem areas over time so they get the best experience and mobility they possibly can as we work together. Lisa makes it a priority to make notes of what areas need the most work so each time a client returns for my care I can best service their needs.
